Hi my name is Sam and I am your Roving Reporter today December 5,
2010. I
am going to tell you all we did in room 34 today.
First, We had to do M.B (morning
buissness). In M.B we held up our
homework. Our homework was spelling
word scrammble, math test signed, and
science test signed. Then we corrected our spelling homework. I got
-0!!!
Next, We had Artist of the month. In
Artist of the month we learned
about a new artist named
Vincent Van Gough. We learned that
one of his
most famous painting was
"Sunflowers." Also in Artist of the month we
did an art project called
"Starry Starry Night."
We had to go to the
library so we did not finish our
project.
Then, We had library. In library
today we checked out our new book called L.W.W (Lion the Witch and
the Wardrobe.
After that, we had to continue our
art project. At first I thought mine was going to bad but it turned
out to be really good!
Finally, We got to science. Did you
know that only 1% of Earth's water is fresh? Or can you believe that
99% of Earth's water is salty?
Afterwards, we had S.S.R/ColeyCast.
S.S.R =(silent star reading.) Most
people read while others recorded new
Coley Casts. My group was Jamestown. The people in my group was
Ryan, Ethan B., and I.
Lastly, We did a fun activity called
pin art. In pin art there are different patterns to choose from like
angels, santas, and more! And then you take a pin and start poking
holes in the desighns and at the end your paper has a desighn on it.
Well that is all for this Roving
Reporter article for now I'm Roving Reporter Sam signing of good bye
now!!!!:)
