Reported by Quinton

Today was exciting hi my name is Quinton, and today I’m Roving Reporter. Before school started I decided to play football. The other team won, but they kind of cheated.

In the morning, we did our D.M.A [daily morning assignment], did you know that two country shares the same island. After that, we graded our spelling homework. Mr. Coley gave us some review before we did our Theme Test. Besides that, AR Test can be used at HOME!

At recess, I’d decided to plat football again I think it was a tie. After recess, we went in to call to talk about idioms [normally we’d go to math but it is the week before winter break]. We were going to do idiom posters, but we had to name some first. Our idiom posters had to have the actual definition of idiom on one side, and a picture of what it says on the other. The idiom I chose was cracking up, what it means is that you can not stop laughing, but what I drew was a man breaking into pieces.

When it was time for lunch, we put our library book on our desk, because right after lunch we would go to the library. After lunch, we went the library I got this book called DOMINIC. It is a book about a dog looking for adventure, so he packs his bag leaving his in the search for adventure.

When we got to class, Mr. Coley told us about pin art, in pin art you use a T pin [it is called a T pin because the pin is shape like a T] to poke holes in a piece of paper to make art. Mr. Coley did it differently he had dots for us to use to make it look good. The pictures we could us was 2 Santa Clauses, 2 angels, 1 rain deer, 1 pair of ornament, and a wreath.

That is all we had to do today. Thank you for reading this Roving Reporter.
