Each month during the school year, the students of Room 34 will learn about a new Artist of the Month.  Students will explore the artist's background, examine his particular style by taking a look at some of his work, and have an opportunity to create their own masterpieces in the style of that month's artist.
    As the year progresses and new artists are studied, you'll be able to visit mrcoley.com and explore web pages exclusively devoted to each artist!  Included on each page will be information about the artist's life and images of some of his famous paintings.  You'll even be able to view student artwork inspired by each Artist of the Month!

Mr. Coley has left the classroom to become an assistant principal at Shivela Middle School. The resources found on mrcoley.com will remain online, but the site will no longer be updated as Mr. Coley focuses on his new position. Below are Artist of the Month pages from the 2010/2011 school year.
